I've been a naturalist since I was a young boy in the Okanagan Valley, BC. I curated the insect collection at the University of British Columbia for a decade or so, and now I work as a biologist for the Canadian Wildlife Service in Whitehorse, Yukon. I'm also a member of COSEWIC, the Committee on the Status of Endangered Wildlife in Canada.
