Mostly a birder but interested in herps and mammals and still learning about plants and invertebrates. Retired wildllife biologist and a volunteer at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona. Interested in the changes in distribution of native and non-native species and in migration patterns. Also enjoy desert landscaping to attract birds and wildlife and in creating bonsai with desert-adapted species.
