I can't resist being curious about nature, and find myself learning something new every day. Mycology is my main passion, but flowers, birds, and butterflies often catch my eye.

I am currently a volunteer for the Fungal Diversity Survey Northeast Rare Fungi Challenge (learn more at https://fundis.org/protect/northeast or join our projects at https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/fundis-biodiversity-database and https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/fundis-northeast-rare-fungi-challenge) and I am graduating from Oregon State University in the fall with a bachelor's degree in Mycology. I am based in upstate NY.
