I am a retired Fisheries Biologist who enjoys getting out in the natural world. I am also a birder, having enjoyed casual birding for many years, contributed to the Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas, and participated in various other bird surveys. I am interested in general natural history and I'm using iNaturalist to record my observations and improve my identification skills for other taxa.
