Should be split as follows:
Panamic: all 3 present (bumped to subfamily), except the Galapagos (just Hexaplex ss.)
Gulf of Mexico: Hexaplex ss. and Phyllonotus (bumped to subfamily)
Caribbean to Brazil: just Phyllonotus except on Dominica and Martinique (also Micranthus, bumped to subfamily)
Mediterranean, West Africa, Red Sea, Persian Gulf, Western Pacific: Hexaplex ss.
Houart, R. & Wiedrick, S.G. (2021). Review of Muricanthus Swainson, 1840 and some Recent species assigned to Hexaplex s.s. Perry, 1810, Hexaplex (Trunculariopsis) Cossmann, 1921 and Phyllonotus Swainson, 1833. Novapex. 22(1-2): 25-42. (連結)
Identification
ID 2 of taxon E will be an unintended disagreement with ID 1 of taxon B after the taxon swap
If thinning a parent results in more than 10 unintended disagreements, you
should split the parent after swapping the child to replace existing IDs
of the parent (B) with IDs that don't disagree.
Let me know if anyone sees any problems here. This is a big set of taxon changes (as far as mollusks go).
