MB has a bunch of things sourced to InvertEBase that make zero sense. I'm drafting an email to several curators for a lot of fixes, but I didn't flag this one so maybe I should have.

If thinning a parent results in more than 10 unintended disagreements, you
should split the parent after swapping the child to replace existing IDs
of the parent (B) with IDs that don't disagree.
