Personally I think we ought to have discussed these changes prior to them being committed. The paper was only published 2 days ago and has not yet reached IPNI or POWO leaving these new names without a taxonomic reference.

If thinning a parent results in more than 10 unintended disagreements, you
should split the parent after swapping the child to replace existing IDs
of the parent (B) with IDs that don't disagree.
