For the past 8 years I have been the director of a wildlife track and sign monitoring program for a local non-profit called "Pathways: Wildlife Corridors of New Mexico". We train "citizen scientist" volunteers to identify and record 6 focal species, as well as other species, on 7 different transects north of Sandia Mountain.
As Co-Director of Habitat Farms Collective, LLC, we've been restoring an unproductive ag field to wildlife habitat at the ABQ City Open Space visitor center (Common Edge Habitat Field).
