I'm an agronomist and researcher interested in plant biodiversity. I'm currently working on Silybum marianum (milk thistle) physiology, ecology and biodiversity in order to understand if this species can be developed (domesticated) in a useful crop species.
I'm also interested in plants able to grow in extreme environments such as desiccation tolerant plants ("resurrection plants") and plants that colonize walls.
